Common use of Available Funding Clause in Contracts

Available Funding. Each Party shall be responsible for its respective costs associated with this MOU and acknowledges that the agreements contained herein by the Parties are subject to the availability of appropriated funds. No Party will submit a claim for compensation to the other Party, or otherwise seek reimbursement of costs from the other Party, for activities carried out pursuant to this MOU.
