Seller shall notify the SCC by telephone call (with confirmation in each case to follow by written notice or other form of documentation as agreed upon by both Parties) immediately upon discovering that the Facility is unable to deliver all or part of any scheduled quantity of Solar Energy Output due to a Forced Outage and, as soon as reasonably practicable following such discovery, shall notify the SCC in writing of its best estimate of the expected duration of such Forced Outage. Such estimate by Seller shall be based on the best information available to it. Should Seller expect any further changes in the duration of any such Forced Outage, it shall promptly notify the SCC of the same.
Availability Reporting. Each PTO shall submit an annual report to the CAISO within 90 days after the end of each calendar year describing its Availability Measures performance. This annual report shall be based on Forced Outage(IMS) records. All Forced Outage(IMS) records shall be submitted by each PTO to the CAISO and shall include the date, start time, end time, affected Transmission Facility, and the probable cause(s) if known.

The report shall describe Contractor's maintenance of the AVLS (including Equipment replaced, software and webpage updates and upgrades, and server maintenance), any Problems arising during the month reported, any unresolved Problems and Contractor's proposed actions to resolve those Problems. The report will compare AVLS availability for all months reported, so that the SFMTA may track AVLS performance and maintenance.
Availability Reporting. 5.5.1 Information held by the FRSNCC on the availability and location of resources is dependent on the receipt of prompt and accurate advice from the responder organisation. If an asset is unavailable, the responsible flood rescue organisation must contact the FRSNCC to declare this within 4 hours. Seller shall provide accurate and timely updates to Company’s EMCC on the current availability of the Contract Capacity On Natural Gas (“Reported Availability: Gas”), adjusted for ambient conditions, via such electronic means as may reasonably specified by Company. The amount of Contract Capacity On Natural Gas available for any individual hour shall be integrated over the hour, on a prorated basis, to reflect any updates in Seller’s Reported Availability: Gas made effective during such hour. Company may verify Seller’s then-current Reported Availability: Gas at any time, without prior notice to Seller, by dispatching the Facility to the level of Reported Availability: Gas (a “Availability Verification Test”). A “Gas Deficiency” shall be deemed to exist if (i) the tested availability on natural gas is less than 97% of the Reported Availability: Gas, or (ii) such tested availability is more than five (5) MW below the Reported Availability: Gas. Company shall notify Seller as soon as possible by telephone and thereafter in writing whenever Company identifies a Gas Deficiency that has or may have economic consequences under Section 10.9(C) below. For purposes of Section 8.4, (i) in the event of a Gas Deficiency, the Contract Capacity shall be derated by the amount of the Gas Deficiency, for the then-current hour and all subsequent hours, until Seller posts a revised Reported Availability: Gas, and (ii) the occurrence of more than one Gas Deficiency in any billing month shall result in derating the Contract Capacity for that entire month (retroactive to the beginning of such month) to the lowest capacity level achieved in the Availability Verification Test(s) conducted during such month.
