AVAILABILITY OF WORK. While this Agreement does not obligate Supplier to accept or perform every request for work made by the Company, Supplier agrees that it will use its best efforts to provide such work each and every time they are requested. Supplier agrees to notify Company within six (6) business hours of receiving any request for work, whether it will accept or reject any such request.

AVAILABILITY OF WORK. Employees who report for work for which they are scheduled but for whom no work is available at his/her regular job, shall be paid for four (4) hours at his/her regular rate of pay, unless the employee is first advised by the Employer not to report for work.
AVAILABILITY OF WORK. There is no guarantee that the Governing Body will provide work to volunteer staff. The registration of volunteer staff with the Governing Body does not in any way imply that on-going volunteer or paid work will be made available.

AVAILABILITY OF WORK. The operational requirements of Macerobin Pty Limited / Eldorado Mining Pty Ltd, their clients’ businesses and the availability of work will determine if there is a need to terminate this Agreement either temporarily or permanently. In circumstances where work is unavailable, employees will not be entitled to payment under this agreement. As a result of work being unavailable, an employee may be given notice of one (1) day. Under these circumstances, employees may utilise any annual leave entitlements. In circumstances where an employee has failed to deliver a standard of work acceptable to the client and no work is available, this Agreement may be terminated permanently with one (1) day’s notice. Regardless of the above, contractual arrangements with the clients of Macerobin Pty Limited / Eldorado Mining Pty Ltd are renewed each calendar year, and any ongoing employment from year to year will only be on the basis of renewed contracts for work between Macerobin Pty Ltd / Eldorado Mining Pty Ltd and its clients.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey.   • Suspension of Work The Department may, at its sole discretion, suspend any or all activities under the Contract, at any time, when it is in the best interest of the State of Florida to do so.   • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Cost of Work The Cost of Work will be adjusted and finalized as part of the Contract Sum in the GMP. The budget for the Cost of Work shall not exceed Five Million Three Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Five and No/100 Dollars ($5,306,805.00).
