Auxiliary Personnel Sample Clauses
The Auxiliary Personnel clause defines the terms under which a party may engage third parties, such as subcontractors or temporary staff, to assist in fulfilling its contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the primary party for the actions and performance of these auxiliary personnel, and may require prior approval or notification to the other contracting party. Its core function is to clarify the use of external resources, ensuring accountability and managing potential risks associated with delegating work to individuals or entities not originally party to the contract.
Auxiliary Personnel. Auxiliary personnel shall work hours as assigned. Normal hours shall not exceed thirty-five (35) hours per week, seven (7) hours per day. Lunch hour shall consist of one-half (1/2) hour per day, Monday to Friday inclusive, unless other arrangements mutually acceptable to the employee and the immediate supervisor have been made.

2. Teachers shall be credited with one additional illness leave day for each eighteen (18) additional days worked beyond the 184 day work year excluding substitute work or intersession days subject to summer school conditions. 3. Traditional calendar schools and YRS shall have equivalent access to specialists based on student needs and/or enrollment.
4. An extended salary schedule consistent with Education Code 37632 shall be based on the base salary schedules noted in Appendix C. The extended salaries for 190 or 200 days of service will be based on the Unit Member's daily rate.

In the event that bargaining unit personnel do not volunteer for available posted overtime, the Chief of Police may assign auxiliary employees. Provided, however, whenever, in the judgment of the Chief of Police or his designee, it is necessary to require employees to work overtime, employees will render overtime services.
Auxiliary Personnel. Noncertificated personnel may be used to supplement or enrich programs but will not be used to supplant certificated personnel. Noncertificated personnel will work under the direct supervision of certificated personnel as assigned by the site supervisor. Certificated personnel, if available, will be involved in the screening and selection of noncertificated personnel who will work under their supervision. Noncertificated personnel will be provided appropriate orientation at the beginning of and during their service with the District. The certificated employee may access individual creativity funds, per diem time or special needs money at the building level (with prior approval by the Program Development Council, or the site certificated staff), for release time to train new noncertificated personnel selected to work in his/her classroom.
