Automobiles. The Company shall provide Executive with an automobile allowance of $500 per month, consistent with the practices of the Company.
Automobiles. Tenant agrees not to hose wash automobiles anywhere on the Property.
Automobiles. The Company shall provide the Executive with a monthly automobile allowance of no less than $1,000.
Automobiles. 4. Foundations, footings, underground pipes, flues, drains, utilities (of any kind), or underground storage tanks.
Automobiles. 23.01 Any employee authorized to use his or her vehicle while on assignment out of the office shall be compensated for use of the automobile through a per-kilometre reimbursement allowance. The reimbursement rates will be adjusted annually to the rates published by Canada Revenue Agency.
Automobiles. Describe the year and model of each automobile the Wife will be the sole owner of, its current value, who the current owner is, and if there is a current purchase loan on the car. If there is a loan, provide the balance due, the amount of the monthly payment and the number of remaining payments.
Automobiles. 21.01 Any employee authorized to use their personal vehicle for Company business will be reimbursed at the Revenue Canada Prescribed Kilometer Rate. This rate will be reviewed and adjusted retroactively to the date Revenue Canada made it effective at least once per year. (language held in abeyance for the term of this contract) For the life of this contract, any employee authorized to use their personal vehicle for Company business will be reimbursed in each calendar year at the rate of 54 cents for the first 5,000 km driven and 48 cents thereafter.
Automobiles. Lessee agrees that all vehicles, either owned by, leased to, or in custodial care of the Lessee, shall be duly registered, licensed, insured and in operable condition at all times. Xxxxxx further agrees that the vehicle(s) will be maintained in a neat and undamaged condition. Vehicles in excess of 3/4 ton designation are not allowed unless authorized in writing by Lessor. Xxxxxx agrees to all terms and conditions specified in the following paragraph regarding the parking and/or disposition of vehicles. No motorized vehicle of any type shall be operated by an individual who does not have a valid drivers license. Lessee agrees not to perform any vehicle repair or maintenance on any vehicles in or upon the premises of Cimarron Creek Community.
Automobiles. Cars shall be parked only as directed in marked parking spaces. Students with a housing agreement and other registered occupants are subject to all Princeton University parking regulations. University parking decals are required for all vehicles. Parking in roadways is not permitted.
Automobiles. Section 1. If a bargaining unit employee feels any vehicle is unsafe, he/she should immediately inform his/her supervisor. If the supervisor feels the concern is justified and the vehicle to be unsafe, the supervisor shall cause the same to be removed from service. Said vehicle shall remain out of service until cleared as safe by the Sheriff's Office's mechanic. The Employer shall not require employees to use any vehicle that is not in safe operating condition. No employee will refuse to use any vehicle that is in safe operating condition. In the departmental mechanic's absence, decisions concerning the vehicle's serviceability shall be made by the Sheriff, Undersheriff or the Chief Deputy.
