Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. Procure, and maintain during the life of the Contract, Comprehensive Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance coverage on all vehicles used in connection with the Contract, whether owned, non-owned, or hired. The liability limits shall be not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for injury or death of each person and in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,00,000.00) in any one occurrence; and Property Damage limits of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) in any on occurrence.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. The contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this agreement Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance under a comprehensive form, to protect him, the Township and any subcontractor during the performance of any work covered by this agreement from claims or damages for bodily injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages, which may arise from operations under this agreement, whether such operations be by himself or by any subcontractor, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them, or in such a manner as to impose liability on the Township. Each insurance policy shall name the Township as insured along with the contractor. The primary insurance policy shall not be less than a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limit. This shall cover all motor vehicles and equipment engaged in any and all operations performed, directly or indirectly, under the terms of this agreement.
