Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. In an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for both Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. Procure, and maintain during the life of the Contract, Comprehensive Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance coverage on all vehicles used in connection with the Contract, whether owned, non-owned, or hired. The liability limits shall be not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) for injury or death of each person and in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,00,000.00) in any one occurrence; and Property Damage limits of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) in any on occurrence.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. The contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this agreement Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance under a comprehensive form, to protect him, the Township and any subcontractor during the performance of any work covered by this agreement from claims or damages for bodily injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages, which may arise from operations under this agreement, whether such operations be by himself or by any subcontractor, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them, or in such a manner as to impose liability on the Township. Each insurance policy shall name the Township as insured along with the contractor. The primary insurance policy shall not be less than a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limit. This shall cover all motor vehicles and equipment engaged in any and all operations performed, directly or indirectly, under the terms of this agreement.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. As applicable, a policy covering the use in connection with the work covered by the Agreement of all owned, not owned and hired vehicles bearing, on under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New York to bear license plates.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. (if applicable) The SERVICE PROVIDER shall carry business Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned vehicles with a combined single limit no less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) to cover all damage caused by contracted employees of the awarded SERVICE PROVIDER. Level of insurance must adequately cover the liability exposure of project site and is subject to Town of Barnstable Risk Manager approval.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. A policy covering the use in connection with the work covered by the Contract Documents of all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles bearing, or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New York to bear license plates. The coverage under such policy shall not be less than the following limit: Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability $ 1,000,000 Each Occurrence
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. The Company shall take out and maintain during the Term of the Agreement such Automobile Liability Insurance as shall protect it against claims for damages resulting from bodily injury, including wrongful death and property damage, which may arise from the operations of any owned, hired or non-owned automobiles used by or for it in any capacity in connection with the performance of Services hereunder. The minimum acceptable limits of liability to be provided by such Automobile Liability Insurance shall be as follows: Bodily Injury Limits and Property Damage - $5,000,000 each occurrence/annual aggregate by the Company (or $1,000,000 each occurrence/annual aggregate by each subcontractor).
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. During any period in that Work is to be performed on the Utility Line, Licensee or its contractor performing the Work, shall obtain Automobile liability and property damage insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000, personal injury and property damage combined, covering the ownership, use, and operation of any motor vehicles and trailers licensed for use on public highways which are owned, leased, or controlled by Licensee or its contractor and used in connection with the Work
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. Symbol 1, including hired and non-owned vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and/or property damage. Such insurance shall name the University as an Additional Insured and shall include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the University. (When Applicable) Professional Liability insurance covering acts, errors, mistakes, omissions arising out of the work or services performed by Contractor, or any person employed by Contractor, with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each claim. Professional Liability insurance must be in place for at least the applicable prescriptive period defined by the laws of Louisiana.
Automobile Liability and Property Damage Insurance. Contractor shall also provide a Certificate of Vehicle Liability Insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000.
