Automatic Extensions. The Term of this Agreement shall be extended for an additional 12 months beginning on the first anniversary of the Effective Date and on each successive anniversary unless either party provides the other with at least 30 days prior written notice, or unless the contract has been terminated by the parties in accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of this Agreement. The period of time from the Effective Date until the termination date shall be the "Term."
Automatic Extensions. If any LOC provides for the automatic extension of the expiry date thereof unless the Bank gives notice that such expiry date shall not be extended, then the Bank shall allow such LOC to be extended; provided that (i) the Bank may give a notice of non-extension with respect to such an LOC if, at the time of the giving of such notice, (x) the conditions precedent to the issuance of a replacement for such LOC are not satisfied; or (y) the LOC would otherwise be automatically extended beyond the Final Expiration Date (and, if the Bank gives such a notice, the Bank will concurrently provide a copy thereof to ACE); and (ii) the Bank shall give a notice of non-extension with respect to such an LOC if the Bank receives, at least 10 Business Days prior to the date on which such notice of non-extension must be delivered under such LOC (or such shorter period as may acceptable to the Bank), notice from ACE directing the Bank not to permit the extension of such LOC.
Automatic Extensions. Effective on the 15th of January of each year, this Contract shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year beyond the end of any extended term, whichever is later. To prevent such automatic extension, the Board must give notice to the Superintendent, or the Superintendent must give notice to the Board in writing, at the January Board meeting of each year, of intent to not extend the Contract for an additional year. Notice by the Board of such intent must be given pursuant to official approved Board action. Notice by the Superintendent of such intent must be given to the Board President.
Automatic Extensions. Unless terminated earlier, this Agreement shall be automatically extended for additional periods of three (3) years each (an “Additional Period”) at the end of the Initial Term and any Additional Period of this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall include any Additional Period for which this Agreement has been automatically extended.
Automatic Extensions. In addition to the cover under ‘Section 2: Legal Liability Cover’, we also provide the following automatic extensions.
Automatic Extensions. If any LOC shall provide for the automatic extension of the expiry date thereof unless the Bank gives notice that such expiry date shall not be extended, then the Bank shall allow such LOC to be extended unless such extended expiration date would conflict with Section 2.01(d) or unless the Bank shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the date on which such notice of non-extension must be delivered under such LOC (or such shorter period acceptable to the Bank), (i) notice from the applicable Applicant directing the Bank not to permit the extension of such LOC, unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing (and the Bank shall not permit any LOC to be automatically extended if it has received a timely notice, or (ii) a Block Notice from the Parent Guarantor.
Automatic Extensions. The term and provisions of this Agreement shall automatically extend for additional one-year periods if Employee remains employed on and after December 31 of the fifth year following the effective date of employment, unless either party notifies the other in writing to the contrary at least 180 days prior to the applicable December 31 that it, or he, does not want the term to so extend.
Automatic Extensions. The following Coverage Extensions are included automatically, and only apply to cover provided under Coverage Section 1 (Errors and Omissions), provided always that each extension is to be read in conjunction with Section 1.1, and is subject to the Conditions, unless otherwise stated.
Automatic Extensions. Notwithstanding Section 3.02A, on each July 1 beginning July 1, 2017, the Term of this Agreement shall be extended one (1) year (each an “Automatic Extension”), so that the full Term of the Agreement shall remain eighteen (18) years. Either party may terminate this Automatic Extension provision by giving the other party both (i) written notice of intent to terminate further Automatic Extensions on or before any February 28, and (ii) written notice of termination of further Automatic Extensions on or before the next-succeeding April 30 (“Extension Termination Deadline”). During the two (2) month period following the notice of intent to terminate further Automatic Extensions, the parties shall meet and negotiate in good faith at the request of either party. The City shall be represented by the City Manager. If the notice of termination of further Automatic Extensions is given, the Automatic Extension provision described in this Section 3.02B only shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the balance of the Term then outstanding.
Automatic Extensions. 6.2.1 This Agreement shall renew for a [***] renewal period following the Initial Term (the “Extended Term”) upon Buyer’s delivery of written notice given to Xxxxxxxx at least 90 days prior to the end of the Initial Term.
