Automated Systems. I consent to the use of automated systems or service bureaus by you and the Clearing Broker and your Affiliates and the Clearing Broker’s affiliates in conjunction with my RHC Account, including automated order entry and execution, record keeping, reporting and account reconciliation, and risk management systems (collectively “Automated Systems”). I understand that the use of Automated Systems entails risks, such as interruption or delays of service, errors or omissions in the information provided, system failure of any computer hardware or software used by an Indemnified Party, or any telecommunications lines or devices used an Indemnified Party, and errors in the design or functioning of such Automated Systems (collectively, a “System Failure”) that could cause substantial damage, expense or liability to me. I understand and agree that Indemnified Parties will have no liability whatsoever for any of my Losses arising out of or relating to a System Failure, Downtime, or any erroneous order or trade that prevents you from fulfilling your obligations under this Agreement, provided that you use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent or limit such erroneous order, trade, System Failure, or Downtime.
Automated Systems. Customer consents to the BofAML Entities’ use of Automated Systems. Customer understands that the use of Automated Systems entails risks, including, but not limited to, interruption of service, system or communications failure, delays in service, and errors in the design, implementation or functioning of such Automated Systems, that could cause substantial damage, expense or liability to Customer. THE BOFAML ENTITIES MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SELECTION, DESIGN, FUNCTIONALITY, OPERATION, TITLE OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF ANY AUTOMATED SYSTEM, AND MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE BOFAML ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION THAT ANY AUTOMATED SYSTEM WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR-FREE.
Automated Systems. Subject to the remainder of this clause 12, the Client may use any automated trading system, such as an Expert Advisor written in MetaQuotes Language (MQL), to send Instructions from the Client Terminal to the Server for trading operations.
Automated Systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Argos be obligated to transfer any technology associated with the Automated System. Upon completion of the development of the Automated System and the approval of its use by applicable Regulatory Authorities in the Green Cross Territory, Argos shall supply Green Cross’ requirements for Automated Systems pursuant to a supply agreement to be negotiated in good faith by the Parties; provided, however, that the price for Automated Systems to be included in such supply agreement shall be Argos’ fully burdened cost of supplying the Automated Systems.

The Customer understands and agrees that Indemnified Parties will have no liability whatsoever for any of the Customer’s Losses arising out of or relating to a System Failure.
Automated Systems. The preparation, setup, calibration, loading, operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of any mechanical devices, automated or semi-automated systems, lasers, robotics or other emerging technologies that are used to, including but not limited to, install, cut, set, lay, level, range, plumb, align, anchor, fasten, secure, point, joint, grout, fill, grind, polish, seal, clean, repair, replace or restore masonry units, materials and surfaces, or that otherwise assist the xxxxx in performing any of the work described in Article II and Code 1 of the IU Constitution, as well as the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the work area to allow proper installation of masonry units and materials, are considered to apply to the work of all the major branches of our trade, with the exception of the Xxxxx Finisher.
Automated Systems. I understand that the use of Automated Systems entails risks, such as interruption or delays of service, errors or omissions in the information provided, system failure and errors in the design or functioning of such Automated Systems (collectively, a “System Failure”) that could cause substantial damage, expense or liability to Me. I understand and agree that Indemnified Parties will have no liability whatsoever for any claim, loss, cost, expense, damage or liability of Me arising out of or relating to a System Failure.
Automated Systems. USMEPCOM shall provide for access and assistance to employees in the use of any and all automated systems required in conjunction with the performance of their official duties or any approved training. Upon request, the supervisor shall provide guidance and/or assistance in accessing and utilizing all automated systems.
Automated Systems. Argos Automated Systems were designed as works for hire by Invetech in collaboration with Argos. The Automated Nucleic Acid Processing System includes systems, devices and components thereof, as well as related methods for automated processing of samples in a closed container, including automated isolation, purification, amplification, processing and packaging of nucleic acids. Examples of the Argos Automated Nucleic Acid Processing System are described in PCT Publication [**]. Uses of this System include isolation of RNA from tumor lysates, RT-PCR, in vitro transcription and related nucleic acid purification and packaging steps. The Automated Cell Processing Systems are held as trade secret, with the exception of a centrifuge bowl described in International Patent Application [**] and medicament devices described in International Patent Application [**]. These System and components thereof automate many aspects of cell processing, differentiation, electroporation, and packaging. Uses of these System include automated differentiation of monocytes into mature RNA-loaded dendritic cells. SCHEDULE D ARGOS IN-LICENSES
Automated Systems. The Administrator, in its discretion, may authorize Participants to make various requests for information, elections and other transactions under the Plan through the use of one or more of the following methods: (a) written communications, (b) telephonic, automated voice response system, (c) computer network, or (d) any other method designated by the Administrator.
