Authorizer Fee. Pursuant to T.C.A. § 49-13-128(e), the Charter School agrees to the payment of an annual authorizer fee of up to 3% of the charter school’s per pupil state and local funding. By May 1 of each year, the Authorizer shall set the percentage of the authorizer fee. The Authorizer shall use the authorizer fee to fulfill obligations consistent with the authority of the Authorizer set forth in Title 49, Chapter 13.
Authorizer Fee. The Authorizer shall monitor and evaluate the academic, financial, operational, and governance performance of the school (refer also to Addendum B and F), and may for this purpose annually assess a charter school a fee. The School shall pay a fee for Volunteers of America of Minnesota execution of its oversight duties. The fee shall be the maximum fee provided by the Charter Law, except that if Minnesota law is amended to increase this fee, the school will pay the increased fee.
Authorizer Fee. The School shall pay the District a fee for the District’s execution of its oversight responsibilities. The fee shall be the maximum fee provided by the Charter School Act, except that if Minnesota law is amended to increase this fee, the School will pay the increased fee.
Authorizer Fee. The School shall pay Osprey Wilds a fee for Osprey Wilds' execution of its oversight responsibilities. The fee shall be the maximum fee provided by the Charter School Act, except that if Minnesota law is amended to increase this fee, the School will pay the increased fee.
Authorizer Fee. Pursuant to 2016 Public Acts of the State of Tennessee No. 673, the Charter School agrees to the payment of an annual authorizer fee. The Chartering Authority shall use the authorizer fee exclusively for fulfilling its obligations as a Chartering Authority and before that fee is set will consult with the Charter School regarding the purpose and necessity of such expenditures, including the extent to which other funds available to the Charter Authority therefor.
Authorizer Fee. The School shall pay The Guild a fee for The Guild’s execution of its oversight responsibilities. The fee shall be the maximum fee provided by the Charter School Act (Minnesota Statutes §124E.10, Subd. 3), except that if Minnesota Law is amended to increase this fee, the School will pay the increased fee. The fee will be invoiced quarterly, commencing 1 July.
