Authorizer Development of a Closure Protocol. The Authorizer shall establish a closure protocol in the event the School closes. The Authorizer shall oversee and work with the closing School to ensure a smooth and orderly closure and transition for students and parents according to the closure protocol and to ensure that assets are appropriately accounted for and protectedxvi. In addition, Article XII below also sets forth terms relating to closure.
