Authorized User accounts. If you purchase rights of use in website community management SaaS Services which are designed to enable collaborative learning and social networking within a school district, your right to use these SaaS Services shall be limited by a specified number of Authorized User accounts. The “Authorized User account” limitation shall be specified in the applicable Order form and you shall not be permitted to allow use of the SaaS Services to anyone other than those individual account holders who are specified by name on a list maintained by you, where the total account holders shall not exceed the specified limitation.

Authorized User accounts. Likewise, before Your Authorized Users can access and use the Services, they must each establish an account with VIVERSE. To create their accounts, Your Authorized Users must provide VIVERSE with current, complete and accurate information. Authorized User accounts may be limited to the Territory, and in such event Your Authorized Users may be required to establish additional VIVERSE FOR BUSINESS Account. You are responsible for Your Authorized Users.

Customer shall inform each Authorized User of its obligations under, and ensure that each Authorized User at all times abides by, the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall immediately notify Palantir in the event that Customer or an Authorized User becomes aware of any violation of the terms of this Agreement. Customer is solely responsible for any use of the Products that occurs on Customer’s Accounts and shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement by an Authorized User.
