Authorized Subcontractors. Notwithstanding Section 23 (Assignability) above, Contractor may use designated subcontractors approved in advance by City in performing Contractor's services. Contractor must obtain City's prior written consent in order to change or add subcontractors. Contractor shall be responsible for directing the work of the approved subcontractors and for any compensation due to subcontractors. City assumes no responsibility whatsoever concerning such compensation.
Authorized Subcontractors. 4.1. Controller acknowledges and agrees that Processor may (i) engage the Authorized Subcontractors to access and Process Personal Data in connection with the Services and (ii) from time to time engage additional third parties for the purpose of providing the Services, including without limitation the Processing of Personal Data.
Authorized Subcontractors. Customer agrees that ETQ may use subcontractors to fulfill its contractual obligations under this Addendum or to provide certain Services on its behalf, provided such use complies with the subcontracting provisions of the Agreement. Customer specifically authorizes the engagement of ETQ’s Affiliates as subcontractors, and Customer generally authorizes the engagement of any other third-party subcontractors. Except as set forth in this Section 7, or as Customer may otherwise authorize, ETQ will not permit any subcontractor to access Personal Data.
Authorized Subcontractors. 15.1 CAE subcontractors Xxxxxx agrees to extend the terms of this Agreement to CAE appointed subcontractors. Seller reserves the right to establish terms of payments with such CAE-appointed subcontractors.
Authorized Subcontractors. Controller acknowledges and agrees that entities, selected by Data Importer, which maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data contained in Customer Data shall be deemed Authorized Subcontractors that may Process Personal Data pursuant to this Addendum.

Authorized Subcontractors. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide the Director and Office of Business Opportunity a quarterly list by the 5th of each month updated list of authorized subcontractors’ points of contact, email, and contact telephone numbers.

Authorized Subcontractors. 7.1. The Client acknowledges, agrees and is hereby providing a general written authorisation allowing Shireburn to engage Authorized Subcontractors to access and Process Personal Data in connection with the Services and solely on the instructions of Shireburn in line with Article 28 GDPR.
