Common use of AUTHORIZED SERVICE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZED SERVICE. This agreement and all obligations of Xxxxx Mechanical Inc. are void if the customer services or attempts to service his/her own heater or allow anyone other than an authorized service person from Xxxxx Mechanical Inc. to perform any services on the covered system.

AUTHORIZED SERVICE. This agreement and all obligations of Xxxxx Mechanical Inc. are void if the customer PROPERTY OWNER/AGENT services or attempts to service his/her own heater heater, or allow anyone other than an authorized service person from Xxxxx Mechanical Inc. to perform any services on the covered system., or purchases heating fuel oil from any source other than Xxxxx Mechanical Inc.
