Authorized Parties. The persons named on the Account Card or Account Change of Authority are au- thorized to act on behalf of the Member with respect to accounts based upon the authority set forth on the Busi- ness Account Card or Account Change of Authority. Authorized Signers are vested with full authority to open and close accounts on behalf of the Member and transact any business of any nature on such accounts. Transaction Signers are vested with limited authority to transact any business on such accounts including the following, but may not make changes on or to the accounts:
