Common use of Authorized Parties Clause in Contracts

Authorized Parties. The Company shall identify the Named Fiduciary to the Trustee and shall furnish the Trustee with a written list of the names, signatures and extent of authority of all persons authorized to direct the Trustee and otherwise act on behalf of the Company under the terms of this Agreement. The Named Fiduciary will provide the Trustee with a written list of the names, signatures and extent of authority of all persons authorized to act on behalf of the Named Fiduciary.
