Authorized Employees. Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. Contractor therefore covenants that is not knowingly in violation of subsection 1 or Section 285.530, RSMo, and that it will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ any unauthorized aliens to perform work on the Project, and that its employees are lawfully to work in the United States.
Authorized Employees. 3.1 Processor shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and appropriate training of any Authorized Employee.
Authorized Employees. The following employees are authorized to place orders: Name Job Title Yen Limitation Per Transaction To Be Determined No other employee may place an order against this BPA unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
Authorized Employees. 4.1. Company shall use commercially reasonable measures to ensure the reliability and training of any employee, agent or contractor of any Authorized Employee who may access the Personal Data. Company shall ensure that Authorized Employees are aware of the Confidential Information nature of the Personal Data and are bound by confidentiality agreements to Company, during and after their engagement with Company. Company shall use commercial reasonable measures to limit access to Personal Data to only Authorized Individuals.
Authorized Employees. You shall ensure any Application that includes an Interface to the UPS Delivery Intercept API (“DI Application”) is only accessed by Your employees who have a need to access such DI Application, in the course of performance of their ordinary duties, to request delivery intercept services for Your Tendered Shipments under Your authorization (“DI Authorized Employees”). You shall maintain a list of DI Authorized Employees which You shall provide to UPS within ten business days of such request for inspection.
Authorized Employees. Any Authorized Employee of the Company may submit a Notice on behalf of the Company as to any of the Credit Facilities. The Agent and each Lender shall be entitled to rely conclusively on each Authorized Employee's authority to submit a Notice on behalf of the Company until the Agent receives written notice from the Company to the contrary. The Agent shall have no duty to verify the authenticity of the signature appearing on any written Notice and, with respect to an oral Notice, the Agent shall have no duty to verify the identity of any Person representing himself as one of the Authorized Employees entitled to make such a request on behalf of the Company.
Authorized Employees. E-world may only grant access to Source Code or Optimized Source Code to the minimum number of its full-time employees required to perform E-world's obligations under this Agreement. E-world will supply On2 with reasonably requested information concerning each employee that E-world intends to grant access to the Source Code or Optimized Source Code. The initial Authorized Employees are set forth on Exhibit D (each an "Authorized Employee"). Additional Authorized Employees must be approved in writing by On2 prior to accessing the Source Code or Optimized Source Code. All Authorized Employees must meet the following conditions:
Authorized Employees. The Plan shall disclose Protected Health Information on to Plan Participants of the Employer’s workforce, who are designated and are authorized to receive such Protected Health Information, and only to the extent and in the minimum amount necessary for these persons to perform duties with respect to the Plan. For purposes of this HIPAA Privacy section, “Plan Participants of the Employer’s workforce” shall refer to all Employees and other persons under the control of the Employers.
Authorized Employees. Assignee acknowledges that Section 285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the state of Missouri. Assignee therefore covenants and will provide an affidavit from any general contractor directly employed by Assignee to construct improvements to the Subject Property in substantially the same form as is attached as Exhibit C, attesting that it is not knowingly in violation of subsection 1 of Section 285.530, RSMo, and that it will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ any unauthorized aliens to perform work related to this Agreement, and that its employees are lawfully eligible to work in the United States.
Authorized Employees. 4.1 Zoom shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and appropriate training of any Authorized Employee.
