Authorized Driver. Except as specified in 29.11 herein, only regularly employed school bus drivers shall be authorized to operate any school bus owned or leased by the Board except when a regular driver is not available; in which case, the Transportation Supervisor, the Mechanic or a substitute driver may be utilized.

Authorized Driver. Each Vehicle shall only be operated and driven by the Authorized Driver. The Authorized Driver shall be the individual(s) set forth on page 1 of this Agreement. Operation of any Vehicle by any individual other than the Authorized Driver shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, then A-Frame shall have the right to immediately and automatically terminate this Agreement, at its sole and exclusive option, and exercise any and/or all of its rights available to A-Frame at law
Authorized Driver. The vehicle shall only be driven by the renter himself, the driver named in the rental contract, the professional drivers employed by renter on his behalf. A valid driving license shall in each case be obligatory. The renter undertakes at the request of Divo to state the name and addresses of all drivers of the vehicle in so far as they are not named in the rental contract itself. The other drivers shall be regarded as vicarious.
Authorized Driver. You and your spouse or one additional person from your household who has applied and been accepted as an Authorized Driver in the Book by Cadillac program. An authorized driver also includes other persons specified by applicable local law, such as any person who operates the vehicle during an emergency situation to a medical facility.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

Additionally, in compliance with federally regulated CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) rules, a customer contacting LightEdge Solutions to request an add, move, or change and/or to request information on their account, must provide LightEdge representative with customer’s Code Word. Code Word is not required or verified to open trouble tickets related to service issues, however, any subsequent information/updates or authorization of intrusive testing related to the trouble ticket will require the Code Word. Customer shall provide a “contact list” which will contain one (“1”) Administrative contact and may contain up to three (“3”) Technical contacts per service. Administrative and Technical contacts are authorized to request service changes or information, including the contact name, contact e-mail address and contact phone number for each contact but must provide customer Code Word for any CPNI related requests. Requests to change a contact on the list or to change the Code Word must be submitted by the Administrative contact. Requests to replace the Administrative contact shall be submitted via fax to LightEdge on customer company letterhead. All requests are verified per procedure below.  Requests for CPNI, configuration information or changes are accepted only from documented, authorized client-organization contacts via e-mail, fax or phone and will require Customer’s Code Word. E-mail and fax requests must be submitted without the Code Word. Customer contact will be called to verify Code Word. E- mail requests that include the Code Word will be denied and the client Administrative Contact will be notified and required to change the Code Word.  E-mail and fax requests are verified with a phone call to the documented client contact. Phone call requests must be validated with an e-mail request from a documented client contact.

  • Authorized Deductions The Board agrees that whenever duly authorized by any employee on a form or forms appropriate for such purpose and consistent with the regulations established by the Business Services, payroll deductions shall be made and paid over in accordance with such form or forms for any or all of the following purposes:

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.
