Authorized Copies. Subject to the restrictions in Sections 6 and 8, You may copy the Software solely for Your internal backup or archival use so long as all proprietary marks, notices (including copyright notices) and labels are reproduced and included with each copy of the Software.

Authorized Copies. Customer may make and keep a single copy of the Licensed Software solely for back up, disaster recovery or archival purposes, and a second copy to use for a test bed solely if the Customer has entered into a separate CampusCare Support and Services Agreement. Customer may copy the Documentation, as reasonably required to operate the Licensed Program, for Customer's internal use only.

Authorized Copies. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these License Terms or the Agreement, HITACHI will provide You with one (1) copy of the media and documentation for the Software. Unless otherwise agreed by HITACHI in writing, all Programs will be delivered to You electronically. For Software licensed under an enterprise license, HITACHI grants to You the right to make copies of the Software solely for Your own internal use, within the scope of the enterprise license. You may also make one (1) copy of back‐up or archival copies of Software solely for Your own internal use; however, You must ensure that such copy bears HITACHI’s proprietary notices, labels or marks. You must reproduce on all copies made, all proprietary and copyright notices contained on or in the Software.

And the City may use these copies for such purposes without paying any additional fee or charge, so long as any such additional copies are not used in a production environment while the production copy or copies of the Software are used for production. With respect to the documentation for any Software, the City may make as many copies of it in either paper-based or electronic form as the City may reasonably require for its own internal purposes. Additionally, the City may incorporate portions of the documentation in other materials, such as training and reference manuals, provided that such materials are used solely for the internal purposes of the City. If the Contractor has granted the City a license to use the Source Code for the Software, the City may make a reasonable number of copies of the Source Code, modify it, compile it, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to support its licensed use of the Software.
