Authorized Acts. Subject to Section 6.2, Section 6.3, and all other provisions of this Agreement, the General Partners for, in the name and on behalf of the Partnership, are hereby authorized to do the following in furtherance of the purposes of the Partnership:

The REPRESENTATIVE is authorized to conduct Insurer’s business for the Insurer’s products covering such classes of risks as the Insurer may authorize and in those states where the product is approved and REPRESENTATIVE is licensed and appointed as required by state law. If REPRESENTATIVE is a corporation or other legal entity, then the principal(s) of such entity must also be licensed individually, if required pursuant to appropriate state law.
Authorized Acts. To take any action directed by the Employer, Plan Administrator, Recordkeeper, or the authorized designee of any of them. The Trustee may rely on any such direction without question and shall not be liable for any failure to act pending receipt of any such direction.
