Authorization to Take Resident’s Photograph. By execution of this Agreement, the Resident, Resident Representative and/or Sponsor authorize the Facility to photograph the Resident for identification purposes and to photograph any part of the Resident to document certain physical conditions, e.g., wounds or skin discolorations, for treatment purposes. I understand that the Facility retains ownership rights to these photographs but that the Resident will be allowed access to view them or obtain copies.

  • Authorization to Obtain Information You agree that we may obtain and review your credit report from a credit bureau or similar entity. You also agree that we may obtain information regarding your Payee Accounts in order to facilitate proper handling and crediting of your payments.

  • Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot] Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

  • Information Release Authorization Throughout the Term, you authorize DES to obtain information from the DSP that includes, but is not limited to, your account name, account number, billing address, service address, telephone number, standard offer service type, meter readings, and, when charges hereunder are included on your DSP xxxx, your billing and payment information. You authorize DES to release such information to third parties, including affiliates that need to know such information in connection with your Retail Power service. These authorizations will remain in effect as long as this Agreement is in effect.

  • LEGAL AUTHORIZATION (a) The Sub-Recipient certifies that it has the legal authority to receive the funds under this Agreement and that its governing body has authorized the execution and acceptance of this Agreement.   • Authorization to Proceed A fully executed and approved authorization in the form of Attachment 6 to this Agreement, Authorization to Proceed (“ATP”) accompanied by an executed purchase order document issued by the Owner to the Project Consultant, authorizing the performance of specific professional services, authorizing commencement of a Phase as defined in Article 2.1 through Article 2.8, and stating the time for completion and the amount of fee authorized for such services.

  • Authorization to Perform Services The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.

In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. Also in the event of Allottee’s failure to take possession or getting conveyance deed done in time limit, for any reason whatsoever, expenditure incurred on the taking care and/or maintenance of the plot shall be charged extra at the rate of rupees thirty per sqm of the plot area plus taxes per month from the date onwards other than external maintenance charges, and be paid by the purchaser as and when demanded by the builder.
