Common use of Authorization to Effect Subordination Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Security by his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, the subordination as provided in this Article X, and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Security Noteholder by his or her acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his or her behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, acknowledge or effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article X, XII and appoints the Trustee his or her attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Security Noteholder by his or her acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his or her behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, acknowledge or effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article X, XI and appoints the Trustee his or her attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder holder of a Security any series of Securities, by his the Securityholder's acceptance thereof thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee on his such Securityholder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article XXIII, and appoints the Trustee his to act as such Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Security by his the Holder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his the Holder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article X, VII and appoints the Trustee his to act as the Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Security by his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, effectuate as between the Holders of the Securities and the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, Indebtedness the subordination as provided in this Article X11, and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder Securityholder of a Security by his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt senior debt and the HoldersSecurityholders, the subordination as provided in this Article XFourteen and as set forth in any indenture supplemental hereto, and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.. 44
