Common use of Authorization to Effect Subordination Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, 13 and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note Securities, by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee on the such Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10Eighteen, and appoints the Trustee to act as the such Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, Section 13.04 and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 1012, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note Notes, by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's such Xxxxxx’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate requested by the Company to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 1013, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's such Xxxxxx’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder holder of a Note the Subordinated Notes by the Holder's such holder’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Subordinated Trustee on the Holder's such holder’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, ‎Article [ ] and appoints the Subordinated Trustee to act as the Holder's such holder’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note Security by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, 9 and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10X, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder holder of a Convertible Subordinated Note by the Holderholder's acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holderholder's behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 1011, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.the

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note Note, by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee Company, on the Holder's behalf ’s behalf, to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate or evidence the subordination as provided in this Article 10VII, and appoints the Trustee Company to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Note Debt Securities by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 1012, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10, 15 and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Note by the Holder's ’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on the Holder's ’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article 10Ten, and appoints the Trustee to act as the Holder's ’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.
