Common use of Authorization Documents Clause in Contracts

Authorization Documents. Certified copies of resolutions of the Credit Parties and the Guarantor authorizing or ratifying, as the case may be, the execution, delivery and performance of any Notes, this Agreement and all other Transaction Documents, the pledge of the Collateral to the Administrative Agent as security for the Secured Obligations including any borrowing evidenced by Notes and designating the appropriate officers to execute and deliver the Transaction Documents;
