Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement. The Medical Center will make available a suitable number of copies of the Agreement on each nursing unit following the Association’s delivery of the printed copies to the Medical Center.
Form and Distribution of Notices (1) The notices shall be in a form agreed upon by the Parties and approved by the Courts or, if the Parties cannot agree on the form of the notices, the notices shall be in a form ordered by the Courts.
Registration Effect of Conveyances and Discharge 4.1 A copy of this Agreement and every amendment and discharge of this Agreement shall be recorded at the office of the Registry of Deeds at Halifax, Nova Scotia and the Developers shall pay or reimburse the Municipality for the registration cost incurred in recording such documents.
Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.
Creation and Designation There is hereby created a Tranche of Class A Notes to be issued pursuant to this Terms Document, the Indenture and the Indenture Supplement to be known as the “DiscoverSeries Class A(2018-6) Notes.”
No Restriction on Existing Examination and Investigative Authority That this Agreement shall in no way preclude any State Mortgage Regulator from exercising its examination or investigative authority authorized under the laws of the corresponding Participating State in the instance a determination is made wherein Respondent is found not to be adhering to the requirements of the Agreement, other than inadvertent and isolated errors that are promptly corrected by Respondent, or involving any unrelated matter not subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the failure of Respondent to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement with respect to a particular State shall be treated as a violation of an Order of the State and may be enforced as such.
