Authority to Transfer Funds. You authorize the Credit Union to execute and charge your account(s) for any requests for the transfer of funds, subject to any applicable limit as to amount or beneficiary, when such requests are given by you and are executed in accordance with the limitations, security procedures, or other requirements set forth in this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Credit Union has no obligation to execute any funds transfer request that is not initiated in accordance with such limitations, security procedures, and other requirements.

Authority to Transfer Funds. You agree that if there is a requirement to verify two or more signatures on checks, withdrawals, or transfers of funds, that requirement does NOT apply to online transfers of funds between linked accounts, or Bill Payments using Sussex Bank's Online Banking Services.
Authority to Transfer Funds. You authorize Citibank to execute and charge your account(s) for any requests for the transfer of funds, subject to any applicable limit as to amount or beneficiary - when such requests are given by you, and are executed in accordance with the procedures established by Citibank. You understand and acknowledge that Citibank has no obligation to execute any funds transfer request that is not initiated in accordance with such procedures. You further acknowledge that the acceptance and processing of a funds transfer request is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Section F.
Authority to Transfer Funds. Customer authorizes Bank to accept or execute any Payment Order as that term is defined in UCC Article 4A Section 4A-103(a)(1) (“Wire Transfer”) and charge the applicable Designated Account, without limitation as to amount, when such request is received via EBIB in accordance with the Security Procedures. Customer acknowledges and agrees that such Wire Transfer will be conclusively presumed to be a proper transfer authorization by Customer; and that Bank shall have no responsibility for the accuracy, legitimacy or completeness of the data received from Customer. Without limitation on the foregoing, Customer specifically authorizes Bank to do the following:
Authority to Transfer Funds. The Bank is authorized to honor, execute and to charge the Client’s account(s) which have been designated by Client in the Funds Transfer Application (“Application”) and accepted by Bank (“Authorized Account”) in and according to Funds Transfer instructions (“Payment Order”) by Client to the Bank to pay, or cause another bank to pay, a specific amount of money to a designated beneficiary. If the Bank determines to act upon Client’s Payment Order, it shall do so at such time as it in its sole discretion shall determine.
