Common use of Authority to Enter into Contract Clause in Contracts

Authority to Enter into Contract. The Sponsor and School expressly affirm that the signatories on their respective behalves who sign below have the authority to enter into this Contract on behalf of the entity and that the board of directors of the entity has duly approved this Contract. The School shall provide a copy of its written resolution to the Sponsor authorizing the School to enter into this Contract.
