Authority to Agree. Each person executing this Agreement below, on behalf of the parties to this Agreement, hereby represents and warrants that he or she has full authority to execute this Agreement and the respective Xxxxx Settlement Agreements or Nationwide Settlement Agreements executed by him or her currently herewith. The Parties hereby represent and warrant that there has been no assignment or transfer whatsoever of any of the claims released herein.
