Authority Policy. In accordance with the policies adopted by the Authority, the Vendor agrees as follows. Vendor shall not discriminate against any person, employee or applicant for employment because of the person’s membership in any legally protected class, including, but not limited to, that person’s race, color, gender, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, age (40 years and over), sexual orientation, pregnancy, citizenship, gender expression and identity, handicap, disability, genetic information, or veteran status.
