Authority of Resident Project Manager. 5.2.1 The Resident Project Manager appointed by Contractor shall be authorized and empowered to act for and on behalf of the Contractor on all matters concerning this Contract and its obligations hereunder. In all such matter, the Contractor shall be bound by the written communication, direction, request and decision given or made by the Resident Project Manager. The Resident Project Manager will direct and manage Contractor's resources and shall have full responsibility for performing the Services.

  • Resident Project Representative The authorized representative of Engineer assigned to assist Engineer at the Site during the Construction Phase. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
