Common use of Authority of Board Clause in Contracts

Authority of Board. The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the electors of the School District, hereby retains and reserves unto itself, subject to the collective bargaining rights of its employees with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment as expressed in Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965, and to the limitations described in the specific and express terms of this collective bargaining agreement, all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Michigan, and of the United States, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right:
