AUDITS REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLIANCE. 1. Section 215.971, Florida Statutes (“F.S.”). Grantee shall comply with all applicable provisions of s. 215.97, F.S., and Attachment 2 and Exhibit 1 to Attachment 2: Audit Requirements. Grantee shall perform the deliverables and tasks set forth in Attachment 1, Scope of Work. Grantee may only expend Award Funds for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the Agreement Period. Grantee shall refund to DEO any: (1) balance of unobligated Award Funds which have been advanced or paid to Grantee; or (2) Award Funds paid in excess of the amount to which Grantee is entitled under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Attachments hereto, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Records Requirements Records of expenses pertaining to Additional Services and services performed on the basis of a Worker Wage Rate or Monthly Salary Rate shall be kept on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with cost accounting standards promulgated by the Federal Office of Management and Budget Cost Accounting Standards Board and shall be available for audit by Owner or Owner’s authorized representative on reasonable notice.
