Auditor General. 5.1 The Supplier acknowledges that the Auditor-General has, without limitation, the power to inspect any such accounts, records or other documents and retain them for such time as he thinks fit, and make copies of them or any of their contents and enter any building or other premises for the purpose of undertaking an audit of a public authority under the Public Finance and Audit Xxx 0000 (SA).
