Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
TERMINATION BY STATE FOR CONVENIENCE 14.3.1 The State may, at any time, terminate this agreement for the State’s convenience and without cause.
Compliance by other operators Except where XXX has directed otherwise in the exercise of its powers under the Act or the Network Code, and except in relation to London Underground Limited and Heathrow Express Operating Company Limited to the extent that such persons are not party to the Network Code, Network Rail shall ensure that all operators of trains having permission to use any track comprised in the Network agree to comply with the Network Code.
EVENTS CONSTITUTING MATERIAL BREACH OF AGREEMENT The Applicant shall be in Material Breach of this Agreement if it commits one or more of the following acts or omissions (each a “Material Breach”):
ASSISTANCE BY HIRE Fire suppression resources and associated support resources needed to fill the incident order that are to be paid for by the Protecting Party. Terms of the agreement establish the reimbursement rates.
SUSPENSION BY STATE FOR CONVEVIENCE 14.4.1 The State may, without cause, order the Contractor in writing to suspend, delay or interrupt the Work in whole or in part for such period of time as the State may determine.
Waiver of Appellate and Post-Conviction Rights a. Termination by Owner for Convenience (a) The Owner may, at any time, terminate the Contract for the Owner's convenience without cause upon the expiration of 48 hours written notice to the Contractor of such termination.
Suspension and Termination of Procedure 1. The disputing Parties may agree to suspend the work of the Panel at any time for a period not exceeding 12 months following the date of such agreement. In any event, if the work of the Panel has been suspended for more than 12 months, the authority of the Panel shall lapse, unless the disputing Parties agree otherwise. If the authority of the Panel lapses and the disputing Parties have not reached an agreement on the settlement of the dispute, nothing in this Article shall prevent a Party from requesting a new proceeding regarding the same matter. 2.
