For a period of ten years from the end date for implementation and in any case until any on‐going audit, verification, appeal, litigation or pursuit of claim or investigation by the European Anti‐Fraud Office (XXXX), has been disposed of, Contractor shall keep and make available all relevant financial information (originals or copies) related to the Contract.
