Auction Premium Rebate. (a) CBH will pay the Harvest Shipping Auction Premium Rebate (if any) to the Customer within 25 Business Days of the end of the Harvest Shipping Period. CBH may, in its discretion elect to pay this rebate in one or more instalments prior to the end of the Harvest Shipping Period. If payment in instalments results in the Customer receiving more than they would otherwise be entitled to, the Customer agrees to refund any such overpayment within 10 Business Days of CBH sending a written demand for a refund to the Customer.

  • Overtime Premium Pay Time and one-half (1 1/2) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one workweek.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Certification Premium Nurses certified in a specialty area by a national organization and working in that area of certification shall be paid a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour, provided that the nurse continues to meet all educational and other requirements to keep the certification current and in good standing.

  • Thirty Day Payments Upon receipt of a billing statement that complies with all invoice requirements set forth in this Article, the State shall make a good faith effort to pay the amount which is due and payable within thirty (30) days.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater.   • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
