ATX ORDERS FOR DESTINATIONS OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES. Sales of ATX Goods through the Appleton Group sales channel are governed by the Terms and Conditions, with the following exceptions: All shipments routed by Seller to destinations outside of the United States are shipped Ex-Works our facility in Amiens, France with transportation charges prepaid on orders over $5,000 in value, cheapest way to point of debarkation in either France or Belgium. GENERAL INFORMATION Seller manufactures over 10,000 Goods for the electrical industry. All products are alphanumerically listed within this index. UPC Numbers (NAED No.). In cooperation with the National Association of Electrical Distributors, Seller now lists the 11 digit UPC Number for each item. The UPC number consists of the NAED manufacturer’s number (6 digits) followed by the NAED product code (5 digits). These UPC numbers are for distributors’ use only. All orders to Seller must carry Seller catalog numbers. Seller acknowledgements, invoices, or other correspondence will not display the UPC number. Most of Seller’s Goods bear manufacturer number 783126. A second manufacturer number, 687855, is used for several of Seller Goods, including steel boxes, Xxxx die cast products, ETP steel fittings and Weatherproof Electrical Products.

Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
