Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses. The Borrower shall on demand pay to the Issuer, the Administrator, or the Bank the reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and other reasonable expenses including, without limitation, the reasonably allocated costs of in-house counsel and legal staff incurred by any of them in collection of Loan Repayments or any other sum due hereunder or in the enforcement of performance of any other obligations of the Borrower upon a Loan Default.

Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses. The Borrower shall on demand pay to the Issuer, the Administrator, Board or the Bank Trustee the reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and other reasonable expenses including, without limitation, the reasonably allocated costs of in-house counsel and legal staff incurred by either of them, or by any agency of them the State selected by the Board to act on its behalf or by the Attorney General, in the collection of Loan Repayments or any other sum due hereunder or in the enforcement of performance of any other obligations of the Borrower upon a Loan an Event of Default.
