Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses. In the event either ---------------------------------- party hereto defaults in the faithful performance or observance of any of the terms, covenants, provisions, agreements or conditions contained in this Lease, the party in default shall be liable for and shall pay to the nondefaulting party all reasonable expenses incurred by such party in enforcing any of its remedies for any such default, and if the nondefaulting party places the enforcement of all or any part of this Lease in the hands of an attorney, the party in default agrees to pay the nondefaulting party's reasonable attorneys' fees in connection therewith.
