Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses. In the event of the default by either party hereto in the performance or observance of any of the terms, agreements or conditions contained in this Lease, the defaulting party shall be liable for and shall pay the prevailing party all expenses incurred by the prevailing party in enforcing any of the prevailing party's remedies for any such default, including, without limitation, the prevailing party's reasonable attorney's fees.
