Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Costs. If any arbitration proceeding or other legal action is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and other costs incurred in such arbitration proceeding or other legal action, in addition to any other relief to which it is entitled.
