Attorney Fees and Expenses. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or by statute and ordered by an arbitrator or court in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, no party shall be entitled to recover from the other party the reasonable attorney's fees, costs and expenses incurred as a result of any action to enforce any of the rights under this Agreement.
