Common use of Attendance Clause in Contracts

Attendance. Each Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to attend each meeting of the Management Committee, unless its Representatives are unable to do so because of a "force majeure" event or other event beyond his reasonable control, in which event such Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to participate in the meeting by telephone pursuant to Section 6.02(h).

Attendance. Each Manager Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to attend each meeting of the Management Committee, unless its Representatives are unable to do so because of a "force majeure" event or other event beyond his reasonable control, in which event such Manager Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to participate in the meeting by telephone pursuant to Section 6.02(h).

Attendance. Each Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to attend each meeting of the Management Executive Committee, unless its Representatives are unable to do so because of a "“force majeure" ” event or other event beyond his reasonable control, in which event such Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to participate in the meeting by telephone pursuant to Section 6.02(h).

Each Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives to attend each meeting of the Management Committee, unless any of its Representatives are unable to do so because of a "force majeure" event or other an event beyond his their reasonable control, in which event such Member shall use all reasonable efforts to cause its Representatives or Alternate Representatives such Representative to participate in the meeting by telephone pursuant to Section 6.02(h6.02(b)(i). Each Representative shall have the right to bring such advisors to any meeting of the Management Committee which he or she is attending as he or she deems appropriate.
