Attendance of Union Staff Representative. The Employer agrees that a Staff Representative of the Union shall have the right of access to the premises during working hours to attend any meeting between the parties at the request of the Local Union as provided in this Agreement and to assist the Local as may reasonably be required. The Union agrees that such visitation by the Staff Representative shall not in any way interfere with work being performed by employees of the University.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
