Attendance Improvement Program. Effective July 1, 2017, employees who utilize no more than a combined total of four (4) personal and sick leave days during a school year will receive an attendance incentive payment of $250 to be paid no later than October 1st of the following school year. Said payment will be made by separate check and shall not become part of the employee’s base salary. Workers compensation days shall count as sick leave days for the purpose of the Attendance Improvement Program.

Attendance Improvement Program. The employer shall establish a one-year experimental group attendance improvement program. Such program shallprovide aminimum bonus of one percent (1%) o f the bargaining unit payroll to be paid out on a formula developed by the employer. Attendance Improvement Program. [This provisions doesn’t apply to school security personnel] Unit members shall be eligible for an annual attendance improvement payment of $300 for four (4) or less absences for sick leave to be paid on the first payroll after September 15th each year. A maximum of five days’ absence per year related to a worker’s compensation injury will not preclude an employee from participating in the attendance improvement program. Effective July 1, 2015, implement a pilot program whereby all full time and part time employees who qualify for sick days will be eligible for an annual improvement payment quarterly of $100 each quarter for one (1) or less absences for sick leave. Such pilot program will sunset effective close of business July 1, 2020. Also, implement a pilot program for eligibility to the current attendance improvement program stating the employees must have worked at least 165 days in the school year.
