Attendance at Association Meetings. A remote site representative of the Association shall be granted release time from instructional duties in order to attend scheduled monthly Association meetings as long as adequate arrangements are made with the appropriate supervisor.

Upon request, and with prior permission of the supervisor, a unit member working a second shift may be scheduled to work flex time to attend one Association meeting per month.
