AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE. (on behalf of itself and AT&T CONNECTICUT) and AT&T CALIFORNIA will use a Fraud Monitoring System to determine suspected occurrences of ABT-related fraud for CLEC using the same criteria AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE and AT&T CALIFORNIA use to monitor fraud on their respective accounts.
AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE. As used herein, AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE means Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Arkansas, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Oklahoma and/or AT&T Texas the applicable above listed ILEC(s) doing business in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

  • AT&T-22STATE and CLEC agree to provide the other Party with notification of any discovered errors in the record exchange process within ten (10) Business Days of the discovery.

  • AT&T-21STATE made an offer (the “Offer”) to all Telecommunications carriers to exchange Section 251(b)(5) Traffic, Non-toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic and ISP-Bound Traffic pursuant to the terms and conditions of the FCC’s interim ISP terminating compensation plan of the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order, In the Matter of Implementation of the Local Competition Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-Bound Traffic, FCC 01-131, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 99-68 (rel. April 27, 2001)) (“FCC ISP Compensation Order”) which was remanded but not vacated in WorldCom, Inc. v. FCC, No. 01-1218 (D.C. Cir. 2002).

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:

  • 2023 SEIU Local 503/State of Oregon CBA 65 certificate issued by the duly licensed attending physician that the employee is physically and/or mentally able to perform the duties of the position.

  • Orlando, FL; Ft Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non- discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999.

  • Coma Coma benefits are not payable, nor do they accrue, during an elimination period. The Coma benefit amount is payable monthly at a rate of 1% of the benefit amount shown above until the earliest of: 1) the date the Dependent Child dies; 2) the date the Dependent Child is no longer in a Coma; or 3) total payments equal the Coma benefit amount shown above. If the Dependent Child dies as a result of the accident during the period for which this Coma benefit is payable, we will pay a lump sum equal to the Dependent Child’s loss of life benefit amount, less Coma benefit amounts already paid.

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.
