ATM Cards. After the receipt of regulatory approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement but at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the Closing Date, Seller shall notify depositors at the Branches that their existing ATM access/debit cards may not be used to access deposit accounts at the Branches as of the Closing Time. Not earlier than thirty (30) calendar days nor later than seven (7) calendar days before the Closing Date, Buyer shall mail, or cause to be mailed, new ATM access/debit cards to depositors of any Deposit Liabilities, which cards shall be effective as of the day following the Closing Date. Buyer and Seller agree to settle any and all ATM transactions and point of sale transactions effected on or before the Closing Date, but processed after the Closing Date, as soon as practicable following the processing thereof. At no time shall Seller be required to disclose to Buyer customers’ PINs or algorithms or logic used to generate PINs.

ATM Cards. Seller and Buyer shall cooperate in the transfer of all ATM cards and related arrangements to Buyer at the Closing.
ATM Cards. Seller will provide Purchaser with a list of ATM access cards issued by Seller to depositors of any Assumed Deposits, and a magnetic tape in a format agreed to by the parties containing all addresses therefore, as soon as practicable after the receipt of all required approvals by bank regulatory authorities for the transactions hereby contemplated. At or promptly after the Closing, Seller will provide Purchaser with a revised magnetic tape. In instances where a depositor of an Assumed Deposit made an assertion of error regarding an Account pursuant to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Federal Reserve Board Regulation E, and Seller, prior to the Closing, recredited the disputed amount to such account during the conduct of the error investigation, Purchaser agrees to comply with a written request from Seller to debit such account in a stated amount and remit such amount to Seller, to the extent of the balance of funds available in the relevant Account or Accounts. Seller agrees to indemnify Purchaser for any claims or losses that Purchaser may incur as a result of complying with such request from Seller. Seller will not be required to disclose to Purchaser customers’ PINs or algorithms or logic used to generate PINs. Purchaser shall reissue ATM access cards to depositors of any Assumed Deposits prior to or within 15 days following the Closing Date. Seller agrees to settle any and all ATM transactions effected on or before the Closing Date, but processed after the Closing Date, within 10 Business Days after the Closing Date. Purchaser and Seller agree to remit the total net balance of such transactions to Seller or Purchaser, as the case may be, on the same date the transactions are settled.
ATM Cards. If approved, you may use your ATM Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) without surcharge in automated teller machines at Park Community Federal Credit Union or Republic Bank, or at any machine bearing the logo for Alliance One, Money Pass and InterCept. Other ATMs may be used The location and allowable usage of the automated teller machines shall be determined by and may be changed by Park Community Federal Credit Union at any time without prior notice to the member. At the present time, you may use your ATM card to Make withdrawals from your share and share draft accounts. Make deposits to your share and share draft accounts at any ATM owned by the Credit Union that accepts deposits. Make deposits to your share and share draft accounts at any ATM that accepts foreign deposits. Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. Obtain balance information from your share and share draft accounts. The following limitations on ATM card transactions may apply: Your first seven (7) foreign withdrawals are free. This does not include surcharges from non-Park CFCU ATMs. You may withdraw up to $500 per day ($200 when our network is off line) if there are sufficient funds in your account. Some of the listed services may not be available at all terminals. Deposit restrictions may apply to some accounts.
ATM Cards. If approved, you may use your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, within approved networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order from the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from this type of transaction. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Fee Schedule. At the present time, you may use your Card to:  Make deposits to your savings, checking and money market accounts  Withdraw funds from your savings, checking and money market accounts  Transfer funds from your savings, checking and money market accounts  Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and money market accounts  Access your Checking Line of Credit account  Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals within our approved networks. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of ATM transactions may apply:  For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers at ATM’s and POS terminals.  You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer.  Maximum ATM withdrawal amount of $1,000 per calendar day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. (A day is considered from 3:00p.m. until 2:59p.m. Holidays are not considered a day.)  There is no maximum POS (PIN based) transaction amount per calendar day, if there are sufficient funds in your account.  See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

At or promptly after the Closing, Seller will provide Purchaser with a revised magnetic tape. In instances where a depositor asserts that an error occurred regarding an Account, and Seller, prior to the Closing, recredits the disputed amount to such Account during the conduct of the error investigation, Purchaser agrees to comply with a written request from Seller to debit such Account in a stated amount and credit such amount to Seller's Correspondent Account, to the extent of the balance of funds available in the relevant Account or Account. Seller agrees to indemnify Purchaser for any claims or Losses that Purchaser may incur as a result of complying with such request from Seller. Seller will not be required to disclose to Purchaser customer's PINs or algorithms or logic used to generate
