ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Athlete shall:
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Athlete covenants and agrees to abide by all policies and directions of DPC as set out in the Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Athlete specifically covenants and agrees as follows:
(a) Supplying DPC with biographical information as requested, including telephone, address and email, and keep DPC updated on any such changes.
(b) Subject to written resignation, to remain a member of DPC in good standing during the term of this Agreement.
(c) Senior National Team member - to follow a recognized training program with no more than two consecutive months off from training (subject to properly documented injuries or illness) that is designed to permit the Athlete to achieve competitive excellence as agreed to with the Athlete's personal coach.
(d) To abide by the injury and illness reporting policy as set out in DPC’s Injury and Illness Report Policy as published in the 2017 Athlete’s Manual (failure to abide by such policy shall be considered a default of this Agreement).
(e) To participate and compete to the best of the Athlete's abilities at all competitions funded by DPC and to advise DPC immediately, of any reason that may prevent the Athlete from so participating, including the reporting of any injury or illness in accordance with the Injury and Illness Reporting Policy.
(f) To reimburse DPC for all costs incurred by DPC on behalf of the Athlete for any competitions to which the Athlete travels at the expense of DPC and at which the Athlete cannot compete or at which his/her performance may be inhibited because of a limiting injury that has not been reported in accordance with the Injury and Illness Reporting Policy, and in accordance with the selection criteria for that competition, unless a medical clearance letter has been delivered to the National Office with respect to such injury prior to departure.
(g) To participate in each of the National Diving Championships (Senior or Junior depending on age category) and in National Team or junior training camps as required (the “mandatory events”), during the term of this Agreement unless:
i. application to be excused made at least forty-five (45) days in advance to the HP Athlete Development Manager and the HP Athlete Development Manager has communicated acceptance of the reasoning for non-attendance in writing or,
ii. the Athlete is injured or ill and has complied with the Injury and Illness Reporting Policy. If the Athlete d...
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. In consideration for the support provided by USA Gymnastics to me as a member of the Team, I agree to be bound by each of the following:
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. Athlete is obliged to comply at all times with the house regulations. He or she must always obey instructions from (supervising) personnel.
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Competition - The Athlete shall maintain at all times a high standard of sportsmanship and fair play including without limitation:

a) To follow the annual training and competitive program as provided by the National Team Head Coach, recognizing the responsibilities and authority of the Coach in coaching-related decisions.
b) The Athlete shall avoid living in an environment which is not conducive to high performance achievements or taking any deliberate action involving significant risks to the Athlete's ability to perform or which limits the Athlete's performance.
c) To provide the National Team Head Coach with training logs when requested, in order for the Head Coach to monitor the athlete's training program during a de-centralized or centralized program including the completing of any online Athlete Monitoring Platform used by WPC.
d) To pay all applicable athlete contributions as per the proposed budget plans and revisions set by WPC, according to the scheduled due dates for such payments.
e) To participate in all monitoring and testing programs and to satisfy the objectives of all tests established for the team.
f) To participate, if selected, in training and competition events as described below, which involves specific and advance details of the plan being shared by WPC, prior to full commitment by the athlete in question:
i. Major events: Olympic Games, Olympic and World Qualification Tournaments, World Championships, Pan Am Games and other events as decided by WPC.
ii. Domestic Events (minimum requirements): Provincial and National Club Championships.
iii. Planned Events/Competitions: selected by the National Team Head Coach and WPC.
iv. Planned National Team Training Camps.
v. Relocation to a centralized National Team Training Centre.
g) To comply with WPC’s Professional Player Protocol as per Annex A.
h) To notify the National Team Head Coach in writing, of any injury or other legitimate reason, which will prevent the Athlete from participating in an upcoming event or training camp.
i) To wear uniforms and equipment while training, traveling, representing or competing as part of the team of WPC, AC and or COC as described in 1. f).
j) In the event of other equipment purchases, to coordinate through Water Polo Canada Team Staff so as not to conflict with exclusive Water Polo Canada National Team agreements.
k) To avoid any action, activities or conduct with WPC or externally which could reasonably be expected to significantly disr...
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. 2.1. The Athlete acknowledges Kickboxing Federation of Singapore’s obligations to support his continued development as a high-performance athlete. The Athlete should:
(a) Endeavor to achieve the agreed performance targets as set out in his/her Kickboxing Federation of Singapore’s Application Form; and
(b) Abide by the Athlete’s Code of Conduct Set out in Schedule A; and
2.2. The Athlete accepts:
(a) That Kickboxing Federation of Singapore reserves discretion in all matters relating to his/her participation in the National Training Squad (NTS) and/or TEAM Programme and that Kickboxing Federation of Singapore decision on such matters is final.
(b) That his/her involvement in the National Training Squad (NTS) and/or TEAM Programme is subject to monthly performance and reviews.
(c) That his/her participation in sporting activities carries the risk of personal injury and death. The Athlete also agrees to take all reasonable care to avoid harm to self and/or others.
(d) He/She must declare all existing sponsorship(s) received.
(e) Refrain from participating in any kickboxing activity, competition, event and/or training that is not sanctioned by Kickboxing Federation of Singapore, unless approval is granted.
(f) Refrain from participating in any other kickboxing activity, competition, event and/or training that is not permitted under the policies of the Kickboxing Federation of Singapore, unless approval is granted.
2.3. The Athlete will work towards his/her potential in studies and/or occupation whilst training and competing.
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. Subject in all cases to clause 2.5 of Part 1 of this Schedule, Athletes shall:
1.1 comply with reasonable directions issued by the designated Leadership Team (where established) and reasonable directions of the Team Leader; and
1.2 comply with the Team Meets Regulations contained in Schedule 3.
ATHLETE’S OBLIGATIONS. The Athlete shall:
a) follow the training and competitive program mutually agreed upon by the Provincial Coach, the Technical Committee of the SFA, and the Athlete. The Athlete shall avoid living in an environment that is not conducive to high performance achievements or taking any deliberate action that involves significant risks for the Athlete's ability to perform or limits the Athlete's performance;
b) provide full payment of lesson fees to the Provincial Coach or arrange contract with the SFA Technical Committee for payment of lesson fees before being allowed to begin taking lessons;
c) provide the Provincial Coach with an annual training chart and monthly updates of changes to the chart or any other appropriate information that the SFA may request;
d) subject to paragraph 2.e), participate in all mandatory training camps and competitions as set out by the SFA Technical Committee. In particular, participation in all provincial competitions, regardless of entry, is mandatory;
e) notify, in person, in writing, or by telephone, at least 14 days in advance, the Chairman of the SFA Technical Committee of any legitimate reason that will prevent the Athlete from participating in an upcoming event at which attendance is mandatory. In the case of injury, notification must be made as soon as is reasonably possible;
f) avoid any action or conduct that would reasonably be expected to significantly disrupt or interfere with a competition or the preparation of any Athlete for a competition;
g) during or at Provincial Squad training camps and competitions, avoid alcoholic consumption to a level which would reasonably be expected to cause impairment in the Athlete's ability to speak, walk or drive, or cause the Athlete to behave in a disruptive manner;
h) avoid the use of banned drugs in contravention to the rules of the FIE, Sport Canada policy, and Sask Sport policy, and submit at competitions to random doping control testing upon request by the CFF, the Sport Medicine Council of Canada, or other authority designated to do so by the CFF or the SFA, and submit to both regularly scheduled and/or short notice random doping control test procedures as authorized by the SFA or Sask Sport;
i) avoid possession of anabolic drugs, and shall neither supply such drugs directly or indirectly to others, nor encourage their use;
j) utilize the hearing and appeal procedure referred to in paragraph 1.j) for remedy of complaints and issues;

13. demonstrate documented membership in and provide proof that they have reviewed and signed the code of conduct for their applicable local ski club or provincial association;
