Common use of At-Will Status Clause in Contracts

At-Will Status. The Company and Executive understand and agree that this employment relationship is at-will. Accordingly, there are no promises or representations concerning the duration of Executive’s employment relationship, and it may be terminated by either Executive or the Company at any time, with or without Cause or Good Reason (as defined herein), and with or without advance notice. Executive’s at-will status cannot be altered except in an express written agreement signed by Executive and the Company with the specific approval of the Company’s Board.

At-Will Status. The Unless Executive has a written employment agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of the Company that clearly and Executive understand and agree that this unequivocally provides otherwise, Executive’s employment relationship with the Company is at-will. Accordingly, there are no promises or representations concerning the duration of Executive’s employment relationship, and it may be terminated by meaning that either Executive or the Company or Executive may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without Cause cause or Good Reason (as defined herein), and with or without advance notice.
