DOCUMENT PREPARATION The Transfer/Deed shall, save for the Land Transfer Tax Affidavit, be prepared in registrable form at the expense of Seller, and any Charge/Mortgage to be given back by the Buyer to Seller at the expense of the Buyer. If requested by Buyer, Seller covenants that the Transfer/Deed to be delivered on completion shall contain the statements contemplated by Section 50(22) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990.
DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE (a) Project Co shall keep one copy of the current digital files of the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule, submittals, reports, Supplementary Instructions, Change Orders, Contemplated Change Notices, Change Directives, Design Issue resolution documents, partnering documents, records of meetings and all other documents necessary for the administration of the Project at the Site, all in good order and available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant. Project Co shall keep a daily log available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant at all times.
AT THE END OF THE TENANCY 2.9 The Landlord/Xxxxxxxx’s Agent must tell the Tenant as soon as possible if there are any proposed deductions from the Deposit.
Construction Preparation Period 2.1.3 Construction Management Plan
Documentation control Specify how documentation will be identified with an alpha numeric which indicates source, recipient, communication number etc. Provide details of any particular format or other constraints; for example that all contractual communications will be in the form of properly compiled letters or forms attached to e mails and not as a message in the e mail itself. State any particular routing requirements but note from TSC3 who issues what to whom.
Expiry of Agreement If the HSP intends to allow this Agreement to expire at the end of its term, the HSP will provide 6 months’ Notice (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the HSP and the Funder) to the Funder, along with a Transition Plan, acceptable to the Funder, that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the expiry and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected within the 6- month Notice period.
EXPIRY OF THE TENANCY 7.1 On the expiry of the this Tenancy (howsoever determined) the Tenant shall return the Room Flat or Studio in good and tenantable repair and condition free from damage and clean and the Contents to the Landlord in the condition required by this Agreement and further to deliver up the keys and access fob to the Landlord and to remove all personal effects and belongings from the Room Flat Studio or Building by no later than 12 noon on the relevant tenancy termination date. (provided that if a key or access fob is not returned by that deadline then the charges referred to in clause 3.2.14 will apply.)
Expiry Date Each Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit shall expire at or prior to the close of business on the date one year after the date of the issuance of such Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit (or, in the case of any renewal or extension thereof, one year after such renewal or extension); provided that in no event shall any Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit have an expiry date later than the first anniversary of the Commitment Termination Date.
Funds Upon Expiry The Recipient will, upon expiry of the Agreement, pay to the Province any Funds remaining in its possession or under its control.
Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.
